Awesome experience with Queenie and Jenny at the store, as well we Mr. Lam for the installation. I enjoyed the whole process from beginning to end with their professional service and kindness from everyone! I felt very welcomed at the store even though the ladies were super busy and they spent literally the whole afternoon with us to explain all sorts of options and give us great advice. Mr. Lam is very knowledgeable and a nice person to know too. He did an amazing job with my installation. The zebra shades are very beautiful, just like what I was expecting. I need to take more pretty photos and upload them!

Update on 4/19:After seeing my review, the business did not want to make it right or respect the written 50% down only terms. Instead, we got more argument. They insisted 100% must be prepaid ( order says 50% ) Now Jenny created a new made-up “No delivery” policy. She suddenly claimed delivery is not their responsibility and requested us to pick up the drapes. Two days earlier she already threatened to do so and technically reminded us the 12ft rod would not fit in a car.Too bad they now have our $3000 down and won’t proceed the order even after we emailed them saying we could pay the balance when the installation is done . We are completely vonurable at this point.Pointing fingers. Not honoring the signed terms. Making up new “policies” to cancel our delivery. Hidden 100% prepaid terms. Arguing intensively with the absence of facts. This is all we got for trusting them with our business.**** Quoted Original Review ****You all know 100% prepaid term is a red flag, right? Just think of those Amazon fake reviews.Quality wise, their products are over priced. We paid a made-in-USA price as they advertised but got something just a way-fair quality. Go to pottery barn, you will get better curtains at 40% of their price and twice better quality.We gave them a $6000 range project for two bed rooms. 50% down was paid at the time of order. The night before our installation appointment, Jenny sent us a payment request text at 7:43pm. There was no Invoice issued earlier. Payment request was not mentioned either when I scheduled the appointment a couple days ago.They also called us for payment at 9:20pm.We told Jenny we will proceed per the contract and pay the balance $3000 after the installation as they promised. Jenny was not happy. She said NO and cancelled our installation immediately.Now, they are holding our $3000 and won’t proceed the order. It is nothing but her power show. She is also taking advantage of our urgency. I guess we should not have told her we needed the products urgently.
